Chengdu Mahamati Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us" or "our") develops SoundSnap, a voice- and headphone-controlled camera app for taking photos and recording video. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your information in a transparent and secure manner.

2. Data we collect and use
2.1 SoundSnap: data stays on your device
SoundSnap does not require an account. All photos and videos you take are stored only on your device and in your photo library (SoundSnap album). We do not upload your photos, videos, or any captured content to our servers.
2.2 Permissions and how we use them
To provide voice control, headphone control, and camera features, SoundSnap may request:
- Camera — to take photos and record video (front and rear).
- Microphone — to record audio when you record video, and for optional voice feedback.
- Speech Recognition — to recognize voice commands (e.g. "take photo", "start recording", "stop"). Speech is processed on your device or via system services; we do not store voice data on our servers.
- Photo Library — to save your photos and videos to the SoundSnap album on your device.
- Location (optional) — only if you enable location watermarks on photos; we do not store your location on our servers.
2.3 No facial or biometric use
SoundSnap does not use or store your facial data for identification, verification, or biometric purposes.
3. Third parties and sharing
We do not send your photos or videos to third parties. We may share data only if required by law or to protect rights, property, or safety. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Data retention and your rights
We do not retain your photos or videos on our servers. Data on your device remains under your control. You may have rights under applicable law (e.g. access, correction, deletion). 5. Children and international use
SoundSnap is not directed at children under the age required by applicable law (e.g. 13 in some jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from such children. The App may be used globally; use outside China is subject to this policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version at this URL. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance. Please review it periodically.

- 相册 — 将照片与视频保存至您设备上的 SoundSnap 相册。
- 位置（可选） — 仅当您开启照片位置水印时使用；我们不在服务器上存储您的位置。
2.3 不使用面部或生物识别
SoundSnap 不将您的面部数据用于识别、验证或生物识别目的。

我们不会将您的照片或视频发送给第三方。仅在法律要求或为保护权利、财产或安全时可能共享数据。我们不会出售您的个人信息。
4. 数据保留与您的权利
